Love this definition from the back the latest Douglas Coupland book, Player A. The rest of the book wasn't that much cop tbh. I'm a big fan of his early books but it feels like he's basically been writing the same story for the past 20 years. This definition so describes me though!
For me Dimanchophobia applies for days on which no newspapers are being delivered. Dimanchophobia is probably the only reason why I still have subscribed to a Sunday paper (they are all rubbish here)
